Does read article about subject he professes to be an expert on. What he can do is talk at length on subjects most people don't know about and seem intelligent.
Mostly true. This was an arbitration case so the public did not have to foot the bill. And judge said all that and more about Sannes. Sannes testimony was a joke, but the real blame for the mess was Mr. Edward C. Ip. Ip should have pull he head out of dark places and realized Sannes for who Sannes is--more mouth than substance.
"NUTTIER THAN A FRUITCAKE TOTAL RUBBISH, NONSENSICAL RAVINGS Sannes has no college degree he has no certifiable credentials as a construction forensic engineer or in field of construction how he has been allowed to testify in court as an expert witness in these fields makes a mockery of the court system and the gullible judges that believe in his "more mouth than substance" What is astounding is the lawyers don't ask for credentials, certification or licenses do they even research the California state license that verifies Sannes holds no such licenses for these fields. Not licensed in California nor Seattle nor Oregon. Folks read his FBI Dirty Wars it exposes him for what he really is a CON MAN "Sannes states he would not put his life on the line by becoming and FBI undercover agent for money"
